All uploaded pictures and generated contents are automatically deleted each 24 hours. Excepted the pixel art image visible in the gallery, that are stored into a server. You can erase the pixel art image that you've already sent , just by sending us an email (with details) , and we will remove it as soon as possible. You can also erase the drawing by yourself on your user page. You can also use the lock or unlock icon to make the drawing editable or not for everyone.

Pixel art creation and edition

By submitting content from the pixel drawing application (located at "dinopixel.com") to Dinopixel.com for inclusion on the website, you grant Dinopixel.com worldwide, royalty-free, and non-exclusive license to reproduce, modify, adapt, and publish and advertise the content without prior notice. Drawings you create on Dinopixel may be used for public/commercial use. An exception : if a user choose before posting to the gallery to make the pixel art not editable for everyone, the commercial use will not be available, only personal use is possible. Content may be removed at any time for registered/non-registered users just by sending an email to us with details. Any content you create using the drawing application has been rightfully owned and created by you and does not infringe in any copyright infringement laws.
Everyone can edit the pixel art , what does it mean ?
When a user choose to post a pixel art to the gallery, he or she can choose to make this drawing editable for everyone or not.
If a user choose to block edition for everyone, only the user (who posted the drawing) will be able to edit the pixel art.
If everyone can edit the pixel art is choosen, everyone will be able to edit, post, transform... the pixel art without restrictions.
When someone signs up for an account : the username can't be an email, a rude word, explicit content....

Information

Any personal information you provide to us including and similar to your name, e-mail address will not be released, sold, or rented to any entities or individuals. We do our best to avoid errors. We do not take any responsibility for any problems while using Dinopixel. We do not take any responsibility for the text description of a user (on its page). If a user add a link to a social webpage (Instagram, Facebook, ...) , we do not take any responsibility for content of the linked website (url). You can report a link or a text description with (explicit content, rude word , ...) just by sending us an email to remove content as soon as possible.
